What is the Diljit Dosanjh show in 2026?
The Diljit Dosanjh show is the Indian leg of the ongoing AURA World Tour. Diljit’s official website identifies AURA India Tour as part of his current live schedule, while BookMyShow describes the homecoming as a large-scale experience following his performances at major venues worldwide.
The India return comes after his September 12, 2026 headline performance at Wembley Stadium. Wembley described Diljit as the first Punjabi artist to headline the venue, adding another major milestone to the story behind the AURA tour.
Where will the Diljit Dosanjh show take place in India?
The current schedule covers seven cities:
| City | Date | Venue | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delhi | Nov 1, 2026 | Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium | Confirmed |
| Indore | Nov 15, 2026 | C21 Estate | Confirmed |
| Ahmedabad | Nov 21, 2026 | Narendra Modi Stadium | Confirmed |
| Mumbai | Nov 27, 2026 | Mahalaxmi Race Course | Confirmed |
| Bengaluru | Nov 29, 2026 | NICE Grounds | Confirmed |
| Chandigarh | TBA | Venue TBA | Announced |
| Lucknow | Dec 5, 2026 | 19th National Jamboree Ground | Confirmed |
The announced schedule has been reported by multiple outlets, while Diljit’s official tour page independently confirms the Ahmedabad date. BookMyShow currently lists the Chandigarh event with its venue marked “Venue To Be Announced.”
What is the Chandigarh update for the Diljit Dosanjh show?
For Chandigarh fans, the biggest news is simple: the city is officially on the AURA India Tour map. The current BookMyShow listing says “CHANDIGARH, get ready” and shows the venue as “Venue To Be Announced.” It currently displays a broad December 1–31, 2026 window, but that should not be treated as the final concert date.
This distinction is important. A broad platform window is different from an officially announced performance date. Fans should therefore wait for the organisers to publish the exact Chandigarh date, venue, ticket categories and entry information.
What can fans expect from the Diljit Dosanjh show?
The Diljit Dosanjh show is expected to carry the signature energy associated with his international concerts. BookMyShow highlights electrifying bhangra, high-energy performances, major hits and a larger-than-life production.
Fans may hear popular tracks such as:
- “G.O.A.T.”
- “Lover”
- “Water”
- “Ikk Kudi”
These songs are part of Diljit’s widely recognised repertoire, but the final setlist for each India concert has not been officially confirmed.
Why does the Diljit Dosanjh show matter to Indian fans?
The Diljit Dosanjh show brings a global-scale Punjabi performance back to the country that shaped his music and career. His official website lists AURA among his recent releases and shows an extensive 2026 international touring schedule. For Punjabi music fans, the Diljit Dosanjh show also represents a wider cultural moment: a regional-language artist performing on major world stages while keeping Punjabi music at the centre of the experience.
How can you book tickets for the Diljit Dosanjh show?
Current tour information says India tickets are being sold exclusively through BookMyShow. The RuPay Credit Card pre-sale is scheduled for October 6, 2026, at 12 noon, while the general sale is scheduled for October 9, 2026, at 2 pm.
Before paying, fans should:
- Use the official BookMyShow event listing.
- Check the city-specific ticket category and price.
- Read entry and identification requirements.
- Avoid unofficial resale pages and suspicious payment links.
- For Chandigarh, wait until the official date and venue are published.
What will the Diljit Dosanjh show tickets cost?
There is no single India-wide ticket price. Costs vary by city, venue, category and availability. Current reporting indicates Ahmedabad listings beginning around ₹3,299, while some other city listings have shown starting prices around ₹1,000. These are examples from specific cities, not a confirmed Chandigarh price.
| Ticket factor | What it means |
|---|---|
| City | Prices can differ between locations |
| Category | General and premium zones may have different prices |
| Venue | Stadium and outdoor layouts affect ticketing |
| Sale phase | Pre-sale inventory can differ from general sale |
| Chandigarh | Price not announced yet |
When is the Delhi Diljit Dosanjh show?
The Delhi concert is scheduled for November 1, 2026, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. BookMyShow currently lists a 4 pm event start and a six-hour event duration; attendees should follow the final ticket instructions for actual gates and performance timings.
When are the Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Lucknow shows?
The Ahmedabad concert is scheduled for November 21 at Narendra Modi Stadium. Mumbai follows on November 27 at Mahalaxmi Race Course, Bengaluru is scheduled for November 29 at NICE Grounds, and Lucknow closes the currently confirmed itinerary on December 5 at the 19th National Jamboree Ground.
These dates make the India leg a tightly packed run across major cities, giving fans outside Chandigarh several alternatives if they do not want to wait for the local announcement.
What should fans do before the Diljit Dosanjh show?
A few simple steps can make the concert experience easier:
- Follow the artist’s official announcements.
- Monitor the verified BookMyShow listing.
- Do not purchase Chandigarh tickets before the official sale appears.
- Check refund and transfer rules before payment.
- Plan transport after the venue is confirmed.
- Save the digital ticket and required identification.
- Check prohibited-item and security rules before travelling.
Real-life example
Imagine a Chandigarh fan who wants to attend the AURA concert with friends. The current announcement confirms that Chandigarh is a stop, but it does not yet provide the final date or venue. Booking a non-refundable hotel today could therefore create unnecessary risk.
A better approach is to monitor the official listing, wait for the confirmed date and venue, then compare ticket categories, transport and entry instructions. This is especially useful for fans travelling from Mohali, Panchkula or other nearby cities.
Is the Chandigarh Diljit Dosanjh show family-friendly?
The current Chandigarh BookMyShow listing shows an age limit of 5 years and above and lists Hindi and Punjabi music, along with bhangra, Bollywood, folk, hip-hop, pop and R&B. Families should still check the final event-specific rules when the date and venue are confirmed.
Parents attending with children should also consider crowd density, travel time, weather, hearing protection and a clear meeting point.
What is confirmed and what is still pending?
| Detail | Current status |
|---|---|
| Tour | AURA India Tour 2026 |
| Chandigarh | Confirmed tour stop |
| Chandigarh date | To be announced |
| Chandigarh venue | To be announced |
| Chandigarh ticket price | To be announced |
| Ticket platform | BookMyShow |
| RuPay pre-sale | Oct 6, 2026, 12 noon |
| General sale | Oct 9, 2026, 2 pm |
| Confirmed India dates | Nov 1–Dec 5, 2026 |
The key E-E-A-T point is to separate confirmed facts from expectations. Chandigarh is confirmed as a stop, but its final date, venue and ticket pricing are not yet confirmed. The exact setlist is also subject to change.

Final Thoughts
The Diljit Dosanjh show announcement has made the AURA India Tour one of the most anticipated live-music events of late 2026. The confirmed city schedule already covers major Indian markets, while Chandigarh gives fans in the region another reason to watch for the next official update.
For Chandigarh fans, the Diljit Dosanjh show is the key local event to watch. For now, the safest takeaway is clear: AURA is coming to India, Chandigarh is officially included, and the Chandigarh date and venue remain the two biggest missing details. Fans should rely on official tour and ticketing updates rather than unverified social-media claims.
